Our one-to-one player mentoring programme is designed to support aspiring athletes with year-round, personalised development — on and off the field. Grounded in the BPS (Biological, Psychological, Social) model, our approach looks at the whole player.

Whether you're working toward a scholarship, chasing national team selection, or just trying to level up your game, we provide the structure, support, and insight to help you get there.

 

What We Offer

Weekly 40-minute mentoring calls (approx. 42–45 sessions per year)

1. Fully personalised training programmes:

- Hitting plans

- Throwing & arm care

- Strength & conditioning routines

- Movement & mobility strategies

 

2. Psychological skills training, including:

- Goal setting & reflection

- Practice imagery & visualisation

- Self-efficacy & mindset development

- Problem-solving under pressure

 

3. Lifestyle & performance coaching:

- Nutrition & recovery strategies

- Sleep, stress, and time management

- Training around limited resources or schedules

Programme Timeline

Starts: October 1st

Ends: September 30th

Includes: 42 total mentoring sessions, customised midweek programming, and scheduled holidays built into the year.

 

How It Works

Initial consultation to set goals and review your context.

Weekly 1-to-1 mentoring calls for accountability, adjustments, and mental skills training.

Ongoing custom programme design and updates (hitting, throwing, S&C, etc.).

Regular feedback and performance tracking.
